Clint Harp, a native of Atlanta, GA, first moved to the 254 area to attend Baylor University in 1996. He met his wife, Kelly, his senior year and they married in 2001 and moved to St. Petersburg, FL, Dallas, The Netherlands, Paris, France, Dallas again, and Houston before ultimately planting in Waco in December 2011. Their old college town has a way of drawing folks back in and it did just that to Clint and Kelly who returned and raised their three children back in the place where they first met. Clint has a varied background in ministry, sales, entrepreneurship, general contracting, public speaking, writing, podcasting, and more. But he’s probably best known for his carpentry skills featured on five seasons of the hit HGTV show Fixer Upper, and another five seasons hosting his own show Restoration Road for the Magnolia Network.
It’s Clint’s own positive experience with Camille Johnson, the first realtor he and Kelly called on when back in Waco, that drew his interest to entering the world of residential realty. When Clint was considering becoming a Realtor, he called his friend, Jonathan Grant. Jonathan, being one of the most successful realtors in Waco, told Clint not only what being a Realtor is like, but what it could become, as he was in the midst of starting his own team, the 254 Realty Group, and looking for a partner. Clint realized he was on the right track, and joined Jonathan as a partner in the 254 Group. He is proud to be a part of the 254 Group and excited to see how it will grow and serve longtime Wacoans and Central Texans, and all those folks looking to call Waco and the surrounding areas home
