Meredith Croyle

Meredith Croyle grew up in Waco and left to chase degrees and a career—first to Trinity University in San Antonio for psychology and business, then to LSU for a master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She spent over a decade in Luxembourg working in risk management and regulatory compliance for international financial institutions, building expertise in navigating complex systems and high-stakes decisions.

When it came time to raise her two children, Meredith knew she wanted them close to family and the community she loved. She moved back to Waco and found her way into real estate—a natural fit for someone who thrives on solving problems, managing details, and guiding people through major life transitions.

Meredith specializes in complex residential transactions: short sales, inherited properties, and divorce situations that require patience, precision, and a steady hand. She holds the Real Estate Collaboration Specialist – Divorce (RCS-D) designation and brings the same analytical rigor to real estate that she honed in her compliance career.

Meredith lives in Waco with her son, 14, and daughter, 11. The family are members of St. Alban’s Episcopal Church, and both kids attend Vanguard College Preparatory School after several years in Waco ISD. When she’s not working, Meredith can be found on the tennis court, in the garden, experimenting in the kitchen, or on stage at Waco Civic Theatre.
